Additional conditions in “Lebed”hotel 4*:

  • The maximum occupancy in hotel Lebed is 2+2.Accommodation is on two single beds and one sofa with dimensions 120cm/190cm.
  • Children 2-11,99 years of age accommodated with two adults in a double room or a studio are free of charge;
  • When accommodating children with one adult in a double room:
    • 1 adult and 1 child up to 2 years of age, accommodated on a regular bed – the adult pays for a double room for single use;
    • 1 adult and 2 children between 2 and 11.99 years of agethe adult pays as a person in a double room, first child has 50% discount of the adults price and the second child is free of charge. The older child is always considered as first;
  • Child above 12 years of age or third adult in a double room or a studio receives 30% discount of the price per adult in the specific type of premise.

 

ALL INCLUSIVE Premium system in Lebed hotel for Summer 2017 includes:

  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the buffet- restaurant of the hotel with three theme dinners per week in the main restaurant;
  • Midnight buffet;
  • Depending on the weather condition, lunch and dinner in four theme restaurants within the complex’s territory - lunch on buffet in the Italian restaurant „Dolce Vita“ and in the Asian restaurant „Susam”, lunch on buffet in the restaurant  “South Beach”, a-la-carte lunch and dinner in the Barbeque restaurant „Grand Hot Barbeque“ – without any limit within the stay / advance booking for dinner only is required and it is made on the day of use/. Visiting for dinner a theme and main restaurant, on one and the same date, is chargeable;
  • Special children buffet in the main restaurant and children menus in all theme restaurants;
  • Sweets, crackers, and sandwiches at the day bar;
  • Tea, coffee, soft, and alcoholic drinks - 24 hours at the day bar and other bars according to their working hours;
  • Use of the Ice-cream house “Cool Breeze”;
  • 2 Snack Bars;
  • Fruit Bar;
  • All Inclusive Premium on beach “South beach”:
    • Free local soft and alcoholic drinks at the bar at beach „South Beach”;
    • One parasol and two sun beds per room at beach „South Beach”;
    • Lunch on buffet in the Mediterranean restaurant „South Beach”;
    • Snack Bar;
  • Two sun beds and one parasol per room in the swimming pool of the hotel as well as towels for swimming pool;
  • Table tennis and billiards - in the hotel, according to the working time;
  • Outdoor fitness;
  • Daily animation: underwater gymnastics, aerobics, bocha, darts, beach volleyball and other sports according to the animation program of the hotel;
  • Evening shows for adults;
  • Children’s club in Dolphin hotel;
  • Mini Aqua Park and Adventure Park for children;
  • Free parking lot;
  • Wi-Fi Internet – in the lobby of the hotel, around the pool of the hotel, as well on the beach “South Beach”;
  • The use of the All Inclusive Premium is related to the accommodation at the particular hotel.

 

 The main meals within the All Inclusive Premium program start with a lunch on the arrival day and finish with a breakfast on the departure day.

 

 

CONDITIONS, SUMMER 2017

 

 I. Conditions for making a reservation and its payment valid for summer 2017

 

1.Conditions for making a reservation and its payment via the promotion Early booking 2017 for Lebed hotel 4*:

  1.  each client who makes a reservation till 31.12.2016 incl. the latest and prepays it on 100% till 15.01.2017 incl. the latest, will receive a discount at the size of 20% of the total amount
  2. each client who makes a reservation till 31.01.2017 incl. the latest and prepays it on 100% till 15.02.2017 incl. the latest, will receive a discount at the size of 15% of the total amount 
  3. each client who makes a reservation till 28.02.2017 incl. the latest and prepays it on 100% till 15.03.2017 incl. the latest, will receive a discount at the size of 10% of the total amount   
  4. Rooms via the Early Booking promotions are limited! Name changes or other amendments for the reservations with an Early Booking discount are not allowed.

 2.Conditions for making a reservation and its payment according to the standard prices for summer 2017: in order to guarantee your reservation on standard prices for summer season 2017, it is necessary to pay the whole due amount within 7 days after making your booking. In case there are less than 7 days between the day you have made your booking and your arrival date, the payment has to be made on the first working day after receiving your confirmation. In case the payment is not received according to the terms above, your reservation might be cancelled without any prior notice.

II. Conditions for changes and cancellation via the promotion Early booking and according to the standard prices for summer season 2017

 

 1.Cancellation (partial or entire) or change, made a certain number of days prior to the arrival date, as well as no-show or early departure:

The amount for the first, the second and the thirdovernights of the stay will be hold as a cancellation fee

 III.Standard common conditions valid for all kind of prices and reservations:

 

1.When changing the reservation (number of guests, duration of the stay, change of the clients' names) the price is estimated according to the new details about the number of clients, stay, price for the concrete period as well as the points about changing and cancelling the reservation stated above. In all cases the change is considered as done, if it is possible and is confirmed in writing by the marketing department of Grand Hotel Varna Resort & Spa;

2.Check-in time: 14:00 o’clock. Check-out time: 12:00 o’clock;

3.The conditions above are not valid for promotions and prices with specific rules for booking, prepayment and cancellation that are stated within the concrete offer;

4.Complaints are taken under consideration, only if made within 14 days after the departure date.
