Reductions

• Children up to 11.99 years of age with two adults in a double room stay free;

• When accommodating children with 1 adult in a double room:

  • Child up to 5.99 years of age on a regular bed: the adult pays for a single room;
  • Child from 6 till 11.99 years of age on a regular bed - 50% discount;
  • When accommodating 1 adult and 2 children up to 11.99 years of age in a double room: the adult pays a regular bed, the first child has 50% discount, the second one stays free;
  • Children from 6 till 11.99 years of age with 2 adults in a junior suite – 50% discount from the price of a regular bed in a junior suite /75% from the price of premises/.
  • Children over 12 years of age or third adult in a double room or junior suite -30% discount.
• Children between 6 and 12 years of age on regular bed – 50 % discount;
• Children over 12 years of age or third adult in a double room or apartment – 30 % discount

• Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel’s buffet restaurant with three themed evenings per week;

The right to use the All Inclusive Premium program is closely related with the hotel of accommodation.

Complaints may be filed up to 14 days after the check-out date.

Grand Hotel Varna has the right to change the rates and conditions at any time and without advance notice.

Conditions for changing and cancelling of reservation – whole or partial:

If the change or the cancellation is within the period 20.05-11.06.12 incl.and 11.09-20.09.2012 incl. (in case the whole stay or just a few days from it are within the mentioned periods):

• If cancelled 10 or more days prior to the arrival date, the whole prepaid amount will be returned to the client;
• If cancelled between 9 and 1 day prior to the arrival date, the hotel will keep as a cancellation charge the sum equal to 10% of the total cancelled services. The rest of the prepaid amount will be returned to the client;
• If cancelled on the day of arrival, if it is a «no show» or the stay is cut short: the hotel will keep as a cancellation charge the sum equal to 100% of the total cancelled services;
• When changing the reservation (number of guests, duration of the stay, change of the clients'names) the price is estimated according to the new details about the number of clients, stay, price for the concrete period as well as the points about changing and cancelling the reservation stated above. In all cases the change is considered as done, if it is possible and is confirmed in writing by Grand Hotel Varna.

If the change or the cancellation is within the period 12.06-10.09.12 incl. (in case the whole stay or just a few days from it are within the mentioned periods):

• If cancelled 14 or more days prior to the arrival date, the whole prepaid amount will be returned to the client; 
• If cancelled between 13 and 1 day prior to the arrival date, the hotel will keep as a cancellation charge the sum equal to 20% of the total cancelled services. The rest of the prepaid amount will be returned to the client; 
• If cancelled on the day of arrival, if it is a «no show» or the stay is cut short: the hotel will keep as a cancellation charge the sum equal to 100% of the total cancelled services;
• When changing the reservation (number of guests, duration of the stay, change of the clients'names) the price is estimated according to the new details about the number of clients, stay, price for the concrete period as well as the points about changing and cancelling the reservation stated above. In all cases the change is considered as done, if it is possible and is confirmed in writing by Grand Hotel Varna.
